Meet Dr. Bright

A multi-credentialed holistic practitioner serving patients in Tustin and across the country through hybrid in-person and virtual care.

Why I practice holistic medicine

I believe healthcare should treat the whole person — not just the symptom in front of you. My patients come to me because conventional medicine couldn't find the answer, or because they want care that works with the body rather than against it.

I trained at the doctorate level in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and continued to expand my training because no single system has all the answers. Applied Kinesiology gave me a way to read the body's own intelligence. Hypnotherapy showed me how the subconscious holds the keys to lasting change. NLP and NET work with the cognitive and emotional patterns underneath behavior. Sports medicine grounded me in functional movement. Together with Chinese herbology and personalized nutrition, these tools form a complete approach.

What I offer is the integration of all of these — applied to your unique constitution, history, and goals. Every patient is different. Every treatment plan should reflect that.

My practice is based in Tustin, California — three days in-person (Mon, Wed, Thu) for hands-on work, two days virtual for follow-ups and consultations.

Four layers of true wellness

Real healing requires balancing all four layers together: physical/structural, chemical/nutritional, emotional/psychological, and electrical. Treating only one in isolation is why so many patients improve briefly, then plateau or relapse.

01

Physical / Structural

Movement, alignment, tissue health, organ function.

02

Chemical / Nutritional

Hormones, nutrition, gut health, mitochondrial function.

03

Emotional / Psychological

Stored trauma, nervous system, subconscious patterns.

04

Electrical

Meridians, energy flow, subtle body systems.

Years of cross-paradigm training

Holistic medicine demands depth across multiple disciplines. My training reflects a commitment to mastering each system on its own terms.

What I Don't Do

Honesty matters. Things I'm not qualified to do, so you can find the right care if needed:

  • Prescribe pharmaceutical medications
  • Order surgical interventions
  • Replace your primary care physician

For prescription medications, surgery, or emergency care, I'll always refer you to the right MD or specialist.
